Smathers Beach, located on the southeast part of the island off of A1A, offers a spectacular view of the crystal blue waters. The beach also has restroom and shower facilities available.

Take your pick of a 13-foot Hobie Cat Sail Boat, Sun Fish Sail Boat, windsurfing, paddle board, kayaks for one or two people, floating tube rafts and zayaks. What's a zayak? The new trend in floating and exploration, zayaks allow you to float, face-down, while peering through the clear dry mask to explore the beauty under the surface. Similar to snorkeling, you can see what's hiding within the water without actually putting your head under the surface. Zayaks are great for kids and adults - grab some flippers and explore the coast!
