SUNSET CULINARIE DINNER CRUISE TOUR SUMMARY

Imagine spending a beautiful evening enjoying a gourmet meal while watching the sunset over the waters of the ocean as you enjoy a luxury cruise. Amazing food, good wine, and the beautiful Florida Keys are calling. The Sunset Culinaire Cruise is the answer to these calls. If this sounds like something that you would love to experience, Chef Brian Kirkpatrick will be waiting to welcome you aboard. 

You will be stepping aboard RB’s Lady. This fine boat is a 52 foot Blue-water Cruiser. RB’s Lady is powered by twin engines and holds a large covered deck that seats 20 guests at five tables. Additionally, there is a head forward and a teak paneled salon.

Brian Kirkpatrick has been a professional chef for the past thirty-five years. Formerly, Chef Kirkpatrick worked as a sous chef for the Marquesa Hotel. The Marquesa is listed as a four diamond award hotel. He has lived in Key West for the last ten years.

Chef Kirkpatrick is also available for the catering of both private parties and weddings.

The menu is fully gourmet and includes appetizers, an entrée, desert, and beverages. Beverages for the evening include soft drinks, wine, beer, and water.

Appetizers Include:

  • Wild mushrooms Napoleon with porcini and raclette cheese cream sauce
  • Edgewood salad: mixed lettuces, peaches, smoked almonds, tomato and choice of dressing
  • Creamy Maryland Style crab bisque with a light drizzle of truffel oil
  • Thai spring roll with Asian salad, ponsu dipping sauce and sriracha

Entrees

  • Flank steak stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, and homemade pâté' sausage served with Yukon gold roasted garlic mashed potatoes and baby carrots in a ragú sauce
  • Roulade of chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and asiago cheese, served with baby vegetables and basmati rice on a mushroom and sun dried tomato sauce
  • Sautéed Mahi-mahi with baby carrots, sugar snaps and basmati rice on a shrimp reduction sauce

Desserts

  • Creamy Italian style Arborio rice pudding with wild berries and raspberry coulis
  • Chocolate chip cheesecake with wild berries on a raspberry coulis
