If you book a trip with our company you agree to the following cancellation policies and terms of use:

Bestonkeywest.com Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damages or injury that may occur when using a recommendation or reservation from for our site.

* Cancellations 7 Days prior to your activity taking place you will receive a full refund.

* Cancellations within 7 Days prior to your tour date will be issued a rain check for deposit amount good for 2 years.

* Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your activity taking place you may be charged the full amount of the activity price.

* Cancellations due to inclement weather are charged no cancellation fee if, and only if, the activity operator has cancelled the excursion.

* Cancellations due to cruise ship itinerary changes will not be charged a cancellation fee. You must present proof of itinerary change.

* No refunds will be given once an activity has taken place.

* Groups of 10 or more & Private Charters (including fishing) must cancel at least 7 Days prior or may be charged in full by the vendor unless otherwise agreed by the tour operator. A 20% Cancellation fee will be charged for ANY cancellation. A 10% Cancellation fee will apply to all Dry Tortugas Camping Reservations. If your deposit is greater than $150, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
